Great hotel for a good price. We booked it knowing it was a 15 minute walk away from the centre so the walk along the front wasn’t a surprise to us. We arrived a little early in the hope of either checking in early or dropping our bags off and coming back later. The receptionist (I can’t remember her name) said that our room wasn’t ready but for an extra €25 a night we could have a room that was ready and stay in the same building as the reception. She was quite pushy and we had to say no a few times. Fortunately, upon our actual check in the original receptionist wasn’t there and we were greeted by Isobel who was lovely. She was great throughout our stay and was always happy to help. She did things to make the check in process quicker which we really appreciated as when we got back to the hotel we just wanted to relax. Unfortunately, the walls in the rooms are extremely thin and we were kept up until 1am by noisy neighbours. We tried phoning reception who tried their best to speak to the other guests. In the morning we went down to reception and were greeted by the original receptionist. We explained that we had difficulty sleeping and she informed us that there was nothing she could do and told us to come back later (without specifying a time). We went about our day and returned to the hotel around tea time. Isobel was back on the reception and we explained that we struggled sleeping and she remembered us phoning the previous night to complain. She said that they would struggle to get us another room as we should’ve come back in the morning which wasn’t explained to us. Regardless, Isobel managed to work her magic and found us another room. We were so grateful for this as we really couldn’t do another sleepless night! All in all, it’s a great hotel. I can’t comment on the food as we went out to eat. The pool area was lovely and tidy. The hotel was great, the rooms comfortable. The only downside I’d say is the thin walls.

Located in a quiet residential area, close to beach. Very relaxing location. Fabulous, varied breakfast. Staff were very friendly and helpful, nothing was ever a problem, nice pool with comfortable sun loungers. Indoor snack bar serving drinks and lunch, dinner available at night in dining room. Nice comfortable seats to have a drink outside at night by the pool. Beach towels can be rented. Mini bar in room (reasonably priced items) with space for our own water bottles. Large wardrobe in room. Safe in room, hairdryer & toiletries. No kettle/coffee machine. No Iron. Room was a little snug and basic to be fair. Balcony didn’t have a nice view or sunshine and so it’s worth paying more for one with a better aspect. Beach literally just around the corner with a lovely beach bar ‘Papaya ‘serving food & drinks, toilet for public. Taxi from airport was E70, return journey to airport , ordered by receptionist (as no taxi rank nearby) cost E84. Train station in Sitges for travel to Barcelona and can also get train to airport with a change of trains at El Prat de Llobregat station. Nice restaurants - La Cantina De Sitges, La Zorra and Massimo. For drinks & tapas try Hotel Calipolis’ outside bar.

Staff were generally very helpful. It bugged me a little that on our first day when I asked about somewhere local for a dri nk, she seemed to forget about the bar around the corner (Utopia) and tried to get us to go into the hotel bar. Did she not think we'd go onto Google maps ? However they recouped it towards the end of our stay, when we asked about somewhere to store our bags (yes they have a locked room), shower (yes, there's a dedicated room you can book on your last day for a shower) and transport to the airport (there's a bus stop nearby and a bus that takes you into T1 for €8). The pool area was lovely and I believe its one of only a handful of heated pools in the area. You may struggle a little at busy times to get a lounger. The breakfasts were gorgeous. The beds were super comfortable. The room was fully air-conditioned and was silent. No noisy fans to keep you awake. The bar area was generally nice and prices weren't really any higher than in the town. Mini bar in the room, which could allegedly be used to keep bottles of cheap beer bought in the local supermarkets cold.. We're already thinking of going back for a few days later in the year.

Location: Very close to the beach (3 minutes walk) and only 15 minutes walk from the train station. Hotel is very spacious and there is all day food service with a bar and restaurant. I did not try the food so I cannot comment on that. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The hotel room was very big with a huge bed and spacious bathroom. There was also a very generous balcony that one could sit on with deck chairs and a table. My room was facing east so it got the morning sun. The only thing missing was an electric kettle. The hotel is close to Sitges which is a very charming town with lots of narrow streets, restaurant and bars. I would definitely go back there. Finally, the fact that there is a train station is a big advantage if you do not have a car. I took the train to Barcelona for a day trip. 30 minutes and 9 euro return fare. I did not have time to go to Gerona, also accessible by train from Sitges.

Room was great (clean, comfy, everything worked, balcony had a sea view). The reception staff were really nice and helpful. The pool was big and clean, and the area around it had plenty of loungers & umbrellas. The breakfast was nice (not amazing) but had plenty of options for both meat eaters and vegetarians (however there was often a queue for the coffee machines). I liked that it's a 10minute walk to the town centre as the sea front walk is beautiful and it means the hotel isn't disturbed by sounds of clubs/revellers, it's also right next to uncrowded beaches and nearer the paddleboard/kayak beach.
